These terms govern your use of this store and any order you place with us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Who may order
You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian place the order for you. By ordering you confirm that the details you give us are accurate and that the payment method is yours to use.
Our products
BeShape sells small body-care and household tools. We describe them as honestly as we can, with three caveats. Photographs are taken under studio lighting, so the exact colour, finish and shade of what arrives may differ slightly from your screen. Stated sizes are approximate, within normal manufacturing tolerance. And packaging design changes from time to time; the item inside is the item described.
These are not medical devices
Please read this section. BeShape products are everyday wellness and grooming tools. They are not medical devices, they are not registered with any medical authority, and nothing on this site is medical advice.
Nothing we sell diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease or condition. Where we describe comfort, relaxation or relief, we are describing ordinary use, not a clinical outcome, and results differ from person to person.
If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or any implanted electronic device, or live with diabetes, circulation problems, nerve damage, a skin condition, a recent injury or any other medical condition, speak to your doctor before using any of our products. Stop using a product and seek advice if it causes pain, numbness, swelling, burning or skin irritation.
Keep all products away from children. Never use an electrical product while it is charging, in or near water, or on broken skin.
Prices and taxes
All prices are in Indian Rupees. The price shown on the product page is the price you pay, apart from the ₹50 handling charge on cash-on-delivery orders.
Where a struck-through price appears beside an item, it is a reference figure — the maximum retail price of that item or of a comparable product sold elsewhere. It is not a statement that BeShape previously sold the item at that price.
We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed when you confirm it.
Offers and discount codes
Promotions, combo offers and free-gift offers run for limited periods and may be changed or withdrawn without notice. Unless an offer says otherwise, only one discount applies per order, offers cannot be combined, and none of them has any cash value.
If a technical fault allows two offers to stack, or prices an item obviously wrongly, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.
Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email acknowledges that we received it; it is not acceptance. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods.
We may decline or cancel any order, before or after confirmation, if the item is unavailable, if the price or description was clearly wrong, if we cannot deliver to your pin code, or if we suspect fraud, resale, or repeated refusal of cash-on-delivery parcels. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.
Payment
We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, and cash on delivery through our order form. We never see or store your card details; Razorpay handles them.

Reviews and anything you post
If you leave a review or send us a photograph, you confirm that it is your own honest experience and your own content, and you permit us to display it on the site and in our marketing alongside your first name. We may remove content that is abusive, false, promotional, or not about a product you bought.
Our content
The BeShape name, logo, page designs, photography and written copy belong to us or to our licensors. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without written permission. Product images supplied by manufacturers remain theirs.
What you may not do
Please do not use the site to break the law, scrape it automatically, resell our goods as your own, interfere with it technically, or place orders you do not intend to accept.
The limits of our responsibility
We stand behind what we sell. Faulty, damaged and incorrect items are replaced or refunded under our Refund and Returns Policy, and nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Beyond that, and so far as the law allows, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost time, lost earnings, or the consequences of a delayed delivery. We do not promise that the site will always be available or free of errors.
Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier failures, strikes, natural events, power or internet outages, and government restrictions.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
